REFUND

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a return confirmation by email once it has been processed. Returns are FREE if you place a new order. If not, you will pay €5.95 within Europe and €14.95 outside Europe. This will be deducted from the refunded purchase amount (if no new order has been placed).

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER?

You will receive your refund in the same way you paid. Did you pay with iDEAL? Then you can expect the purchase amount to be credited to the same bank account. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit the purchase amount back to your credit card. We adhere to the statutory period of 14 days to refund the amount. These 14 days start from the moment you registered the return. In most cases, we will refund the amount within a few days after we have received the return shipment. Please note that this may take a little longer during holidays.
