RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Laboutiek naturally hopes you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can of course return your order. We must receive the return shipment within 30 days of the day you received the entire order. You can then receive a refund or choose a different product.
We have set a number of conditions for a correct return:
Please note that the exchange/return must be sent back in the same condition as it was sent. This includes the original Laboutiek box with attached labels.
Laboutiek only accepts returns of items purchased via www.laboutiek.com. We have a quality control process and do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn, or items from which the labels have been removed. If you receive an order where a label is missing from an item, please inform us (by email) on the same day if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your order immediately upon receipt, before removing any labels.
Whether an item can be exchanged depends on its availability. The new item can only be shipped after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Due to security restrictions, we cannot refund more than the purchase price of the item. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU will not be refunded.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT NOW?
That's a shame! Please contact our customer service team at info@laboutiek.com. They will assist you and ensure you receive the correct product.
RETURN PROCESS
PLEASE NOTE: ARCHIVES SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Easily arrange your return shipment online here .
2. Place the items you wish to return in packaging. You can also use the original packaging for this.
3. Return the shipment to the nearest drop-off point. Returns are FREE if you place a new order, exchange for a different size/item, or choose a voucher code equal to the purchase amount. Otherwise, the return shipping fee is €5.95 within Europe and €14.95 outside Europe.
4. After receiving your package, we will refund the purchase amount. This will be refunded using the same payment method as the original payment. You will be informed about this by email.

REFUND!
You will receive your refund in the same way you paid. The amount for all undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the credit card or bank account of the original buyer. As previously mentioned, please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the Benelux will not be reimbursed. We adhere to the legal 14-day period for refunding. This 14-day period starts from the moment you registered the return. In most cases, we will refund within a few days of receiving the return. Please note that this may take a little longer during holidays.
GOOD TO KNOW!
Laboutiek doesn't include a return label in the box as standard. Instead, we ask you to print the return label yourself. This saves dozens of trees annually and helps nature a little.
