RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Laboutiek naturally hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if there is a reason that this is not the case, you can of course return your order. We must receive the return within 30 days, from the day that the entire order has been received by you. With this you can get the purchase price back or choose another product.

We have drawn up a number of conditions for correct returns: Please note that the exchange / return will be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. Think of the original Laboutiek box with attached labels.

Laboutiek only accepts returns of items purchased through www.laboutiek.com. We have a quality control and do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn or the labels have been removed. If you receive an order where the label of an item is missing, please inform us the same day (by e-mail) if you want to return the item. We strongly advise you to thoroughly check the order immediately upon receipt before removing the labels and tags.

Whether an item can be exchanged depends on its availability. The new item cannot be shipped until the returned items have been received and have been quality-checked.

Due to security restrictions, we cannot reimburse more than the purchase price of the item. Please note that international customs and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are not reimbursed.

That's annoying! Please contact our Customer service team via info@laboutiek.com. They will help you further and ensure that you still receive the right product.

RETURN PROCESS

If you want to return an item, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Easily create your return online here and print the return label.
2. Put the items you want to return in a package. You can also use the original packaging for this.
3. Send the return to the nearest delivery point. A return is FREE of charge when you place a new order. If this is not the case, you pay € 5.95 within Europe and € 14.95. outside Europe. This will be deducted from the refunded purchase mount (if no new order has been placed).

4. After receipt of your package we will return the purchase amount. This will be refunded with the same payment method as the payment was made. You will be informed about this by email.

REFUND!

You will get your money back the same way you paid. The amount of all undamaged, properly returned items will be credited to the original buyer's credit card or bank account. As mentioned earlier, please note that international customs and sales taxes for shipments outside the Benelux are not reimbursed. We use the legal period of 14 days to refund the amount. These 14 days start from the moment you have registered the return. In most cases we will refund within a few days after we have received the return. Keep in mind that this can take a little longer during holidays. 

GOOD TO KNOW!

Laboutiek does not always put a return label in the box. Instead, we ask you to print the return label yourself. This saves dozens of trees annually and helps nature a little.
